At a Glance: Wick Marketing supports Freehold Communities by directing their master-planned community social media, content and email marketing programs as part of an integrated marketing team.
The Work: Freehold Communities is a forward-thinking master-planned community developer with communities in various stages of development in five states. Wick Marketing was originally retained to develop and execute a scalable social media strategy to apply across the portfolio to create a sense of place as well as build value and generate interest and leads for the communities among both builders and homebuyers. To date, we’ve helped Freehold market its first seven communities, taking six of them through grand opening and beyond.
As an early marketing partner with Freehold Communities, Wick Marketing had the opportunity to help establish consumer confidence, brand identity and social media presence for the developer and its communities from the ground up. For each of the communities, Wick has been able to make an impact through the use of strategic social media content, video, community management and Facebook advertising tools to generate leads, event registrations and engagement. Content creation, storytelling and lead nurture flesh out the program that continues to support Freehold’s marketing objectives.
